9. Online booking via C1:Manager

For online enquiries and bookings of pitches and accommodation, we use the C1:Manager booking system provided by JAWIGO GmbH, Schreckenmanklitz 18, 88171 Weiler-Simmerberg, Germany.

When you submit a booking enquiry or make a booking via our website, the data you enter is transmitted to the booking system and processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry or completing your booking. This may include, in particular, your name, address, contact details, travel dates, information about accompanying persons, the selected accommodation or pitch, and any other information you provide during the booking process.

The processing of this data is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and to perform a contract concluded with you in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Where JAWIGO processes personal data on our behalf, such processing is carried out as commissioned data processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

10. 360° Virtual Tour

We provide an interactive 360° virtual tour on our website. Its sole purpose is to give you a realistic impression of our campsite.

The virtual tour is hosted on our own web server and no personal data is transmitted to third-party providers.

When you access the virtual tour, only technically necessary data required to provide the content is processed.

11. Google Reviews / Trustindex

We use Trustindex on our website to display reviews of our business. The service used is provided by Trustindex. The review widget displays publicly available Google reviews on our website.

When you access pages on which the review widget is integrated, technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, browser and device information, as well as information about the page accessed, may be transmitted to servers of the service provider. External resources, for example via content delivery networks (CDNs), may also be loaded in order to provide the widget.

Our website contains links to our company profiles on Facebook and Instagram.

No personal data is initially transmitted to Meta when you visit our website.

Only when you click on the relevant link do you leave our website and are redirected to the respective platform.

The respective platform operator is solely responsible for the processing of personal data on Facebook or Instagram.

13. Online Payments

For the processing of online payments in connection with our booking system, we use external payment service providers. Depending on the payment method you select, the data required to process the payment will be transmitted to the respective payment service provider.

Credit Card Payments / Nexi

For the processing of credit card payments, we use the payment infrastructure provided by Nexi Germany GmbH, Helfmann-Park 7, 65760 Eschborn, Germany.

If you select credit card payment, the data required to process the payment will be transmitted to Nexi and processed there. The data is processed for the purposes of authorising, executing and settling the payment and, where applicable, for fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

14. Automatic Translation with TranslatePress AI

We use the WordPress plugin TranslatePress and its TranslatePress AI service on our website to provide and automatically translate multilingual content. The provider is Reflection Media SRL, Armoniei No. 2A, 6th floor, Apartment 49, Timișoara, Romania. When automatic translation is enabled, text content from our website may be transmitted server-side to TranslatePress servers. This may occur in particular when a page contains content for which no translation has yet been stored.

When using the service, data such as text content of the website, the website URL, information about the plugin version used, and the source and target languages may be processed. We use the WordPress plugin “Rank Math SEO” on this website for search engine optimisation. The provider is Rank Math Ventures LLP.
