It is the responsibility of the camper to inform themselves of the prices applicable during the booking period before registering.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nUpon receipt of the booking confirmation, please check it for accuracy immediately.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe campsite reserves the right to alter the booking to an equivalent alternative if this is necessary for special reasons.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nBookings by unaccompanied minors under 18 years of age are only permitted with written consent from their parents. This must be presented upon arrival. Parents are fully liable for their children for the duration of the trip.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"sc-agb-note\">\nThe booking of the camper is only binding upon receipt of the deposit.\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-3\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">3<\/span>\n<h2>Contract amendments<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nFor changes, where possible, such as for the name or pitch, an amendment fee of\n<strong>10.00 Euros<\/strong> charged.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFor changes to the timeframe, the cancellation terms and conditions under clause 5 shall apply accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-4\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">4<\/span>\n<h2>Deposit \/ Payment<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nFollowing a booking via the online booking system, a deposit of <strong>20 percent of the total price<\/strong>\nrequired. A deposit of 100 percent can also be made upon request. This automatically creates a contract with the campsite.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFor bookings not made through the online booking system, a deposit of 20 percent of the total price is to be paid after the invoice has been issued by a reception employee.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThis deposit must be paid within five days of receipt of the reservation.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"sc-agb-bank\">\n<strong>Bank details<\/strong><br>\nBW Bank<br>\nIBAN: DE66 6005 0101 0405 883 84<br>\nBIC: SOLADEST600<br>\nPurpose: First and Last Name\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe remaining balance is payable on-site in cash, by debit card or credit card.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIf the guest lets the deposit deadline lapse, the reservation will be cancelled without separate notification, and no valid contract will be concluded.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFor spontaneous arrivals or bookings, the full accommodation price is payable immediately.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-5\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">5<\/span>\n<h2>Cancellation by the camping guest<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe camping guest can withdraw from the camping contract in writing after receipt of the deposit. The time of receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal by the campsite is decisive for the time of withdrawal.\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>\nCancellation up to 15 days before the start of your stay:\n<strong>20 %<\/strong> of the total price confirmed at booking.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nCancellation from 14 days before the start of your stay:\n<strong>100 %<\/strong> of the total price confirmed at booking.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"sc-agb-note\">\nWe recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nNo refund of the remaining costs will be made in the event of early departure.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-6\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">6<\/span>\n<h2>No-Show \/ Late Arrival<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nIf arriving after 9:00 p.m., guests must notify the Campsite by email at <strong>info@strombergcamping.de<\/strong> notwendig.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOtherwise, the camping pitch may be allocated to another guest from 1:00 p.m. on the following day, or the rental accommodation from 3:00 p.m. on the following day.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nRental accommodation that remains unoccupied due to a no-show may be reallocated by the Campsite management without any credit or compensation being provided to the original guest.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nPayments already made will not be refunded unless the guest can demonstrate that the Campsite incurred a lower loss.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-7\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">7<\/span>\n<h2>Arrival and Departure<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe arrival and departure dates stated in the booking confirmation are binding.\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>\nCamping pitches are available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.\n<strong>12:00 Uhr<\/strong> zur Verf\u00fcgung.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nRental accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.\n<strong>15:00 Uhr<\/strong> zur Verf\u00fcgung.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nRental accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.\n<strong>11:00 Uhr<\/strong> zu verlassen.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nSubject to availability, early arrival at a camping pitch before 12:00 noon or late departure after 12:00 noon is possible for a fee of \u20ac9.50. <strong>9,50 Euro<\/strong> m\u00f6glich.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIn the event of departure after 6:00 p.m., the full overnight rate will additionally be charged until departure.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nEarly arrival or late departure is not available for rental accommodation.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-8\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">8<\/span>\n<h2>Seating arrangement<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe camping guest is obliged to comply with the provisions and regulations of the Campsite Rules. In particular, the times specified therein must be strictly observed.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe Campsite is entitled to terminate the camping contract with immediate effect if the camping guest endangers others through their behaviour, causes persistent disturbance or otherwise acts in such serious breach of contract that immediate termination is justified.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIn such a case, the Campsite retains its entitlement to the agreed total price. Payments already made will not be refunded unless the guest can demonstrate that the actual loss incurred was lower.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"sc-agb-warning\">\nCharging electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles at the Campsite\u2019s electricity connection points is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in a penalty charge of at least \u20ac100.00. Repeated violations will additionally result in expulsion from the Campsite.\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"sc-agb-warning\">\nWater at the pitch may only be used in normal household quantities. Filling swimming pools or paddling pools and washing vehicles will result in a penalty charge of at least \u20ac30.00. Repeated violations will additionally result in expulsion from the Campsite.\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-9\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">9<\/span>\n<h2>Visitors<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe camping guest is required to register any overnight visitors at reception. The applicable charges are set out in the current price list.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nVisitors\u2019 vehicles must be parked outside the Campsite grounds.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-10\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">10<\/span>\n<h2>Defects \/ Complaints<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nAny complaints regarding the camping pitch or rental accommodation must be reported to the Campsite immediately.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nClaims relating to defects are excluded if the defect was not reported directly during the stay.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe Campsite must be given a reasonable period of time to remedy the defect.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-11\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">11<\/span>\n<h2>Opening Hours \/ Frost<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nDuring the low season, restricted opening hours apply to reception, the campsite shop, sanitary facilities, restaurant and entertainment programme.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nAt certain times, not all areas or sections of the Campsite may be open.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFresh water connections at the camping pitches are only available when, in the Campsite\u2019s assessment, frost is no longer expected.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-12\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">12<\/span>\n<h2>Media Data \/ Data Protection<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nCritical areas of the Campsite are monitored by video cameras. This serves to ensure the safety of camping guests, protect property and possessions, monitor access authorisations and exercise the Campsite\u2019s rights as property owner\/operator.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nRecordings are only reviewed when necessary, and only the data required for clarification of the relevant incident will be retained. Data will not be disclosed to third parties.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nPhotographs and video recordings are taken on the Campsite at regular intervals. If a camping guest does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must inform the photographer or camera team immediately.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe Campsite collects, processes and uses guest data for the purpose of processing bookings and for its own marketing purposes within the framework of applicable legal provisions.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-13\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">13<\/span>\n<h2>Dogs \/ Pets<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nDogs are not permitted on playgrounds, at the bathing lake, in sanitary facilities, in rental accommodation or during children\u2019s activities.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIn the event of problematic behaviour by a dog or complaints from other guests, the Campsite may require the dog to be removed from the premises.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nDogs must be kept on a lead throughout the entire Campsite, including camping pitches and rental accommodation areas.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-14\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">14<\/span>\n<h2>Liability<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe Campsite shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of its legal representatives or agents in accordance with statutory provisions.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOtherwise, the Campsite shall only be liable in cases involving injury to life, body or health.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThis applies to all claims for damages, irrespective of their legal basis.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe Campsite shall only be liable for falling branches or similar incidents within the scope of its existing liability insurance. No claim may be made for damage caused by force majeure.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-15\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">15<\/span>\n<h2>Exclusion of Liability for Manoeuvring and Recovery Assistance<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nIf employees of Stromberg Camping, at the guest\u2019s request, assist with manoeuvring vehicles, motorhomes or caravans, or with recovering vehicles that have become stuck, such assistance is provided voluntarily, without obligation and without assumption of liability.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nTo the extent permitted by law, liability on the part of employees and the Campsite operator for damage to vehicles, caravans, vehicle bodies, towing equipment, underbodies or other property is excluded.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nResponsibility for manoeuvring, recovery, safe operation and the technical condition of the vehicle remains with the guest at all times.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-16\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">16<\/span>\n<h2>Errors<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe Campsite reserves the right to correct errors as well as printing and calculation errors.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-17\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">17<\/span>\n<h2>Set-Off<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe camping guest may only set off claims that are undisputed or have been finally determined by a court of law.\n<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<article class=\"sc-agb-section\" id=\"agb-18\">\n<div class=\"sc-agb-heading\">\n<span class=\"sc-agb-number\">18<\/span>\n<h2>Place of Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>\nThe camping guest may bring legal action against the Campsite only at the Campsite\u2019s registered office.
